Delivery & Returns

UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £3.95 - FREE on all orders over £40                                                                   Our aim is to deliver in-stock items to you within 2-3 working days. Items will be dispatched by Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Delivery service. 

This service is only available for orders placed before 1pm on weekdays. This service is not available on weekends. We are also unable to offer next day deliveries to Jersey, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, or Northern Ireland.


Deliveries outside of the UK will be dispatched using Royal Mail Airsure service. Your items will be insured and will require a signature on arrival.


Deliveries to international destinations will be dispatched using Royal Mail Airsure service. Your items will be insured and will require a signature on arrival. Please note that orders can take anything between 5-10 working days to arrive at their destination. 

NB: Items dispatched to countries outside the EU may have an import duty or sales tax applied as they enter the destination country. We have no control over these additional charges and it is the recipient's responsibility to pay them.

You also have the option to collect the items you have purchased, if this is more convenient for you. Simply select this option at the checkout. Collection is available between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please let us know when you would like to collect your purchases by emailing us at and please allow a couple of hours for us to prepare your order for collection.

All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being accepted, stock permitting, to arrive with UK customers within 4 working days and up to 10 working days for international orders. If a parcel is required more urgently please email or call to discuss alternative delivery options.

Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. If you do not wish to accept the new delivery date, simply email or call 07803012773 and we will cancel your order. Your credit/debit card will not have been charged as your order will not have been dispatched.

We want you to have an easy and stress-free shopping experience with us, knowing that you may return any purchases within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached. All returns will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

If you do wish to return or exchange an item, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to let us know, simply by emailing us at or calling us on 07803012773 during office hours (9am to 6pm).

Please complete the returns form included with your order and return to us with the item within 14 days. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. 

Please note that we are not responsible for the return postage unless the items are faulty. 

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for items that we do not receive.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you change your mind, you may cancel an order within 14 calendar days of placing it. On receipt of the returned items, you will be refunded within 14 calendar days. All monies will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage unless the items are faulty. We always recommend that you obtain proof of postage. 

DISCLAIMER: Whilst we endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible on rare occasions items may be lost in transit or delayed. If your items are delayed, please contact us by email at quoting your order number and delivery address and we will look into the matter. Please take care to ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. Once the goods have been signed for at the delivery address, all risk of damage to, or loss of the goods shall pass to you.

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do sometimes occur and if you believe an item to be faulty, then please contact us on 07803012773 or email and we will arrange a FREEPOST label for you. We ask that you please contact us prior to returning a faulty item in the post as we will not be able to offer a refund for the return postage.
